Invalid phone number and not working with other phone
I love this app ever. Not even using WhatsApp because I don’t need it, as a family we all love this app soo much and using for long years. But unfortunately in my new Samsung phone you can’t find it in google store plus and my cousin can’t use the app with her existing Samsung phone. The app has logged her out and when she tried to logged in sadly it’s says invalid number. What’s going on!
As your we are costumers and who love your app please please sort this out ASAP. We’re very worried and this is really frustrating.
Invalid phone number
I’ve been using icq for long time, it’s the best app and I will recommend it to everyone, but for some reason I don’t know, I upgrade my apple phone and I transfer my old phone to new and since then I can’t login on my Icq app. It’s says invalid phone number, so frustrating.
App will not work
The icq app is garbage, it will not work and just gives a message saying the number is invalid. When I try to report problems the system hangs. Total waste of time
Can’t register
No idea whether it’s any good as my number is apparently invalid, which would be news to those who call and text me on it. Fails dismally at the first hurdle.

Every time I try to login it pops up with invalid number , I tried so many times and still no luck. Can this app be updated ?

Garbage
I had ICQ for years and then last week got a new phone with the same number, now when I try to log on it it says “invalid number please enter a different one”
Yet it isn’t invalid because it’s not changed at all and worked before?
I also have the app logged in on my old iPad and it won’t let me delete my account on their either AND I tried 4 TIMES emailing ICQ for assistance to be completely ignored by them, they’re absolutely useless.
What’s the point in making an app if your not going to be there to help your users.
Invalid account
I have had this app for 7 plus years and I recently re-download it and I was unable to log in as it says my number is invalid ?
This is so annoying at the best of times and I have been trying to log in for for weeks still not working I have also reported it many times and not head anything back ?
Really disappointing as the app is good !
Can’t sign up
Just downloaded and I can’t sign up, app won’t take my phone number?
