⚠️ The ICS Business app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
zou fijn zijn als het totaal van transacties per periode ook echt het totaal is van de transacties die getoond worden. Nu telt een transactie van 2 okt niet mee in de periode tot 2 okt, maar staat de transactie wel in de lijst. Lijkt me een fout.
Reactie ICS: ‘vervelend dat ze niet lijken te kloppen’ !
Ze kloppen gewoon niet!En dat ligt niet aan of een transactie nog gereserveerd is, maar aan het simpelweg niet goed optellen bij grensgevallen van de maandtotaal en de super chaotische manier waarop met de datums van maand-totalen, en geïncasseerde gelden wordt omgegaan.
Doe je werk gewoon goed in plaats van met dit soort smoesjes te reageren.
Slechte app
Zelden zo een slechte app voorbij zien komen. Nodig om te identificeren echter de app geeft continu op verschillende stappen in het proces weer een fout. Nu 8 keer geprobeerd en maar overstappen naar een andere zakelijke creditcard provider.
Niet erg handig
Je kunt geen overzichten meer downloaden en versturen vanuit de app dus niet echt handig als je je administratie op je telefoon wilt bijwerken.

Gedrocht van een app
Werkt niet. Zelfs niet een beetje. Gewoon helemaal niet. Je hebt hem nodig, maar kunt hem niet gebruiken. Wat een flater van ICS.
App werkt inmiddels naar behoren!
Graag zou ik wel wat meer functies zien in de app. Met een debet card is het wel handig als je makkelijker het saldo kan verhogen.

Je komt niet eens door de activering van de app heen. Geeft altijd een foutmelding na het invullen van de codes die je in je e-mail en sms ontvangt.
