And very expensive cloud service that we will never need or use. It also blocks use of the app constantly. Very slow loading lately. Update: we are no longer allowed to access our motion alerts. You have to pay now to see an image taken a minute ago. This company is dishonest. These were not the terms when we bought the cameras.

When I first got this app it was really good, I could connect any time without a problem. Now lately it won’t connect and is very frustrating. I would find another app. I used this app to show my owl box cameras to the kids. It doesn’t work half the time

why does this dev prevent me from viewing my sd card alarms when i do a local login and not a network login? i paid for this damned PRO app, yet you wont let me view the alarm pics and video on the sd card when i local login? you are forcing me to login just to view the info on the sd card I OWN? you are starting to look like a shady company in the things you are doing. from trying to force people into monthly scripts on you “free” app in order to view video of alarms to preventing alarm viewing on local login. i wish apple and google had a way of reporting devs for shady things they do like what you are doing. once i can find an app to replace this garbage i am.

These cameras are a scam to steal your information. I can no longer log into my cameras as of about 2 weeks ago and there is no Available contact; the online chat is automated to get you to a place to fill out credit card information and pay $1 for service help to answer questions.

I keep getting unknown user and password message when logging into account despite requesting password change. It’s so ridiculous and inconvenient so I just uninstalled it and use different app.

Terrible software. Keeps signing out + ads.

Ads have no place in security apps! I’d be happy to pay a few bucks if the ads could be removed from the pro version. Please make that happen!’

It’s ridiculous when we pay for a service already to have ads now??? This is an absolute joke and Jim will be looking for different cameras and a new service if this continues …. Otherwise make the cloud free!!!!!

Use to be able to view video that was recorded to add card in cameras, now only asks to purchase cloud storage. I no longer get alerts when motion detected. Major that can not view videos through WiFi and snd cards. Do not buy these cameras, they require purchase of cloud space and who knows if that works.
