app just gets worser and worser

now the app won’t load at all once you open it

the new update made the app even worse than what it already was!!

the app still constantly crashes and freezes every commercial break whether it’s livestream or playback and now since the new update the app overheats my iphone so it stops charging everytime once it gets to 80%

I normally love this app but lately it hasn’t been working. I haven’t changed my provider or package but all of a sudden I can’t access shows because they are locked! Please fix the glitch please!

Used to love

Tried to get a hold of someone other than a bot. I currently have ID in my cable package but when I linked it to my provider it says network not in my tv package. Not sure how that works when I go to spectrum and I can view the channel. This just started recently. Please fix. I can’t watch my shows.

Horrible app

All the shows are locked and I can’t watch anything you guys need to unlock all the new shows for free
