Love the idea behind all apps made by the Amo team

i was browsing the list of people you may know, tapped on someone’s profile photo to see if i knew them, and it automatically sent them a friend request with no way to revoke. tapping the profile picture should take you to their profile, and only the Add button should let you add. user error here can be a socially mortifying interaction

it’s a really fun idea which is what makes it all the more frustrating and crushing when it messes up and corrupts my work. i kept thinking it was user error but i could get my ID to a state i liked it and it would look like that for 2 or so days before all the text would disappear and the stickers would turm back into regular images. how am i supposed to ask friends to waste their time on something like this?

i love this little app. heard about it on tiktok and have been using it for a few months. it’s my pinterest board/tumblr/bereal dreams. i think it’s such a cute and unique idea— patiently waiting for it to blow up 🥺🫶🏼

I like it so far but please fix bug fixes my picture won’t delete and my screen keeps freezing and shaking

I had enough with all the other app that frankly are dated, AMO is fresh, innovative engaging smart and makes me come back for more !!!!! THANK YOU TEAM AMO !

The app initially wouldn’t even let me sign up. It just kept loading ad infinitum. Two updates later and now it’s fixed. Now the images won’t stop flashing and the background remover by photo room can not be toggled off A. That should be a feature B. I’m pretty sure that’s the source of the problem. Also any time I exit the app all of what I just created is erased. I just don’t know if I have the patience for an app that is so mismanaged and glitchy. If you’re the developer reading this, do better. This could be a really cool app; not the next Instagram or Twitter but a fun alternative to Pinterest (perhaps even one day linking with Pinterest) I’m sending positive vibes. This app could really be something. And mention red M&M’s in your response so I know you actually read this.

was really fun for a while, and i even invited friends to join it, but after a while of me adding photos, i must’ve added too many or something because the app keeps crashing every time i open it, warranting it basically useless. I can look at my profile for about 4 seconds before the screen goes black and then brings me back to my home screen hopefully they update and fix this issue soon so i can get back on the app

However I feel this app needs an option to like browse other members boards otherwise it’s super hard to find friends-which is kinda the whole point yes? I don’t have many irl friends who have iPhones so this would be a great feature for me to still enjoy the app- also the turning mechanism that allows you to rotate your sticker/pictures is very finicky
