There wasn't an option for me to delete my personal data from their system, which is a critical violation of my privacy rights. I understand that issues arise, and to that end, I made numerous attempts to resolve this matter by contacting their privacy officer. Unfortunately, my efforts were in vain. I was met with complete silence, with no acknowledgement or response from their team, even after multiple attempts. This persistent lack of response not only shows a disregard for user privacy but also a serious deficiency in their customer service. It raises a lot of red flags about the app's data management policies, making me question whether it should even be available on the App Store. As a consumer, I strongly believe that we should be able to trust the applications we download, knowing that they value our personal data as much as we do. Unfortunately, this application has failed to meet this essential expectation. Given these circumstances, I would recommend a major caution when considering this app and support its removal from the App Store until they demonstrate a commitment to improving their data handling and customer service. - Aussie reviewer.
Having recently been hacked and lost administrator privileges in Google, all of my emails have been hijacked. This application sends a verification code to those addresses or no option to send a link via sms or another email ie to the hackers…
Every time I put my details in it says error with a code and will not send to my emails
Have a paid subscription, and the app keeps losing my data. I have had to delete and reload the app 4 times over the last 2 months. As I don’t check it everyday, I have no idea how many days my protection has been compromised. The app needs to be more reliable when you are being charged for protection. Have been using Trend products for numerous years with no other apparent issues, so please rectify this issue. Regards.
Can’t verify email address. Tried twice on iPhone and it doesn’t allow you to enter the 6 digit code
