Affordable hotels
App crashes
The app keeps constantly crashing and I have to keep turning off my device to reset it. Prices seem to be good though. I’ve booked a room for November. I’m feeling I had better double check with hotel they have a booking before I go.
Useless -ID90 took payment t in full from our credit card but didn’t make a reservation
Our experience with attempting to book a hotel through this App- ID90 took payment for a hotel booking made through the App, and instantly a pop up appeared with an error message saying that we needed to phone the hotel. When we phoned the hotel (Hilton), the hotel had no record of our booking despite ID90 taking payment in full for the room. No support from ID90 is available outside US weekday business hours. We had to pay the hotel directly almost double the advertised rate on ID90 for a room for the night whilst also waiting for ID90 to return our payment we had made to them for the room.
Keeps crashing
Have to keep deleting and re loading the app. Great when it works though!
