Bad FASTag in all time don’t buy its

Do not buy IDBI bank fast tag. There is no way you can recharge it. You can not log in to this app. From last 2 months getting message failed to connect to server.

My car is BH series. Whenever I try to register for this Iam getting error - enter proper vehicle identification number This is really not good as I am unable to onboard.

this app does not work in iphone, developer should take it seriously and fix it so we can use it properly

Don’t buy this fast tag , got it through the car dealer and one of the worst app Bank seems not to read reviews of their app or. Or bothered Not able yo login and by change u get in U r logged out or ur session gets terminated Can’t give zero star hence giving one

Why are you selling fastags when you can’t handle it’s basic functioning? APP simply doesn’t work.

Never works!! Have you ever checked your app before publishing it to AppStore ? Nothing works in the app not even login.

It has been more than 04-days since purchasing it, I’m not able to get it’s registration done thru app. It’s always says ‘connection failed to server.’ For one time, this statement might hold true but for continuous 04-days ??? Actually, something grave is wrong with IDBI Fastag. Now I understand, I have put wrong foot forward in purchasing it, though a lot of other good serving options were available in the market. For every new entrants, I suggest to not to go for IDBI Fastag purchase pls. Worst starting experience. Preferably ‘0’ star or -ve rating, if it would have been possible. 👎🏻

The app just doesn’t load. No point of investing your time. Extremely poor customer service too, in 2024, the contact centre still asks user to visit bank for documentation 🙏👏
