Cannot get the app to stay open for more than a few seconds. It used to work brilliantly until the last month. Please fix as I once used this app all the time.

Hopeless

After the update, when the app is opened, it closes after 5 seconds, have restarted the phone, no good, have deleted and reloaded the app, no good, still will not stay open for more than 5 seconds, hopeless.
