Surprise refund.
I ordered a 50ft garden hose last week but when it arrived none of the adapters would get the hose onto the outside tap. No matter what combination of male and female parts that I tried it simply wouldn't come together, so when I reviewed it I only gave the product 2 stars. Because I slightly damaged one of the connectors I didn't bother to ask for a refund. Today I received a call from Ideal Worlds customer service apologising for the experience I received, the guy instantly offered me a refund there and then. I was on the phone for less than 60 seconds and was left quite gobsmacked. There aren't that many companies that would do that these days, so hats off to you Ideal World for your good turn.
