本研究拟通过多中心、开放、平行组、随机对照临床试验，入选新诊断 2 型糖尿病合并超重或肥胖患者，随机接受强化饮食干预（间歇性极低热量饮食）或强化运动干预（高强度间歇训练加阻力训练）或常规治疗（生活方式教育指导）达 12 周，比较三组患者的血糖控制水平，探索集中组织管理的强化饮食或强化运动干预改善新诊断 2 型糖尿病合并超重或肥胖患者的血糖控制水平的具体效应，详细论述强化饮食与强化运动干预对新诊断 2 型糖尿病合并超重或肥胖患者血糖控制与其他代谢相关表型及多组学变化的影响，并进一步发现可以预测强化饮食与强化运动干预效能的基因型及生物标志物，为通过生活方式干预治疗新诊断 2 型糖尿病患者提供科学依据。
