Not working at all. Disappointed.
So Disappointed
I have had misidentified bugs 75% of the time. Recently, I attempted to take a pic of some type of bee. Each time I took the pic , the app shut down. I have an iphone 13 so its not my phone. I have tried reaching out for help and received no reply. I make the mistake of paying for a full year for something that doesn't work. 🤦🏻♀️
Not working
This app stopped working. Don’t buy it.
Unacceptable
I was charged and can’t get a refund. I cancelled the subscription immediately after downloading it and agreeing to the free trial.
Junk
Complete junk. Absolutely junk. Free trial bills you immediately. Junk.
Excellent Every Time
I’ve used this app for two years and have never had a problem. Sometimes I’ll take a photo/search twice just to confirm if the object is very similar to another. So far it’s been spot on with plants, birds and insects and mushrooms are waiting to be identified in our property. This, by the way, is a real review from a real reviewer. I pay a monthly fee and it’s well worth it and I suggest you at least try the free version.
Worst app ever
First time I leave an app review and this app is the worst I have ever had to deal with! I have an IPhone 13 pro and this app still couldn’t figure it out what I was taking a picture of and would never focus!
App is great and the kids love it!
I love this app. I’ve used it to identify all sorts of insects around my house that I have never seen before!
