Useless on WiFi only ipad

Requires screenshot showing iPad’s cellular modem. Unless your iPad has one, you can’t get past the opening screen.

Used to be like the best app. Since afaik there’s no built-in self diagnosing app on iPhone. But now they require an IMEI number and something about Trade Ins. I’m sorry, but I WILL NOT give you access to sensitive material such as my IMEI number. ESP when these guys, like everyone else, prob just sell our data anyways. Plus how are you do diagnose a device that’s Wi-Fi only..?

Give 3 stars 1 because it works awesome on my iPhone 11 Pro but for my iPad 9th gen not so great keeps asking for the IMEI # and all iPads don’t have one if it’s WiFi only like mine so if that could get fixed that would be awesome and would bump my rating up to 5 stars

Blocked by startup screen

I just installed iDiagnose on my iPad mini. When I start it, I see only a screen with instructions to upload a screenshot taken after dialing *#06# to get the IMEI #. My iPad mini doesn’t have cellular nor a phone app. I don’t see an option to skip or cancel. I didn’t see in the apps description that this needed cellular to run. Can you help me out, I’m pretty sure I must be missing something. Thanks! Chas
