Detailed usage instructions for the iDIERS app
With the iDIERS app, you receive an individual training plan, which is based on the medical history, your activity level and biometric data using an algorithm and is controlled by your doctor. Optionally, the data of your spine measurement can be included in the medical history.
For your individual therapy, a pool of over 2000 different training exercises is used, which correspond to the latest training science findings and are explained in detail in video instructions to ensure correct execution. This way you always have your personal training with you. You can constantly work on alleviating your back problems and improving your health in order to lead a pain-free life. The training program consists of self-exercises for which no special aids are required. Additionally, by connecting to the Apple Health app, you can view your steps, traveled distance and number of traveled floors in the iDIERS app.

Very good
Good to remember and do specific training for injury
Zu langsam
Die Übungen werden viel zu langsam durchgeführt. Da schläft man fast ein. Außerdem reagiert das Programm nicht darauf, dass man bei Übungen Schmerzen hat. Ich würde mir auch wünschen, dass das Programm Alternativen aufzeigt, wenn man z.B. wegen Körperform oder mangelnder Kraft eine Übung so wie gezeigt nicht durchführen kann
Bricht ab
Sobald man auf „Training starten“ klickt, bricht die App ab. Seit Monaten wurde das Problem nicht behoben. Ich konnte die App noch kein einziges Mal benutzen…
App stürzt beim Scannen ab
Unter iOS 15.4.1 stürzt die App leider beim Scannen des QR-Codes ab und ist somit unbrauchbar. Schade!

Tolles Produkt und wirklich effizient
Meine LWS Probleme hab ich hiermit sehr gut in den Griff bekommen. Sehr benutzerfreundlich, qualitativ hochwertiger Inhalt und effizient. Mein Krankenkasse hat zudem auch noch die Kosten übernommen. Daher 5 Sterne und 👍🏽
