Description

Idiomania is a word puzzle app using English idioms. If you love word puzzles and want to grow your idiomatic vocabulary, then Idiomania is for you!
Idioms are all around us: “It’s Raining Cats and Dogs,” “Catch a Cold” and “Spin a Yarn.” There are more than 3000 idioms in Idiomania and thousands of idiom puzzles arranged in a huge number of themes. Themes like, Music, Love & Marriage, Travel, Shakespeare, and even Rude!
But wait, there’s more! The Idiomania app contains a second game, Dialectico. Dialectico celebrates the many dialects of English around the world – Yorkshire English, Texas English, and Cameroon Pidgin to name a few. Guess the expressions from the dialect, and win a dialect badge. As they say in Newfoundland, you’ll be “havin’ a time.”
