Won’t load

I dont know what happened but the game wont load no matter how long I wait. This didn’t happen before, and I know it’s not an internet problem. How to fix this?

Crushes and can not play it even though I made a purchase

So I could just played the first restaurant because I researched the cheese burger too soon and when I go to the second restaurant they ask me ti research it and since I already did it it friezes and can’t play anymore nor contact the developers. Not even can come bac to the first restaurant. So frustrating

by chance it has not occurred to them to add a SIMPLE research button ????, do I really have to max out each particular thing to access the research center to improve other structures????

Good But…

So I actually really love idle games and have a bunch from this same company that I have paid for upgrades in. But the new buildings take forever and some have none anymore so I get bored and stop playing. Everytime this one has an alien event and I achieve four or five checklist $ amounts, I never get credited for them after it’s over. I paid for ad free to reduce time on research/build items, and it’s only available 1 out of 20 times, what’s the point if it doesn’t work in the events too? It takes away from me wanting to play them because everything takes so long that the event is over before I can unlock even half of it.

I enter burger empire and the orange bar is done but I have been on the loading page forever

Frame rate

Would be 5 stars but the frame rate issue is really a pain

Glitch with missions

So recently I found this game, I had already played it before I got a new phone and had it reset, I log in and I get a message saying i’ve completed a mission, the mission being, “Cook 50 cheese”, however it shows i have 9/50 done, it says tap to claim and I do but the mission doesn’t work, and it won’t let me close out of it to hire employees to make more food, if i could get an account reset to have a fresh start i would greatly appreciate it, thanks!

Glitch

My game keeps freezing ip when in tutorial when you have to click on mission tab my game freezes i reset uninstall the game and nothing works.!!!
