As update, yes I’m in contact with you with your supplied email, and there is little coming forward to save my massive losses, I’ve been passed from person to person and each asks the same questions, I still await a reasonable resolution to your game crashing and taking a lot of my money with it —— Great game, DO NOT USE R/L MONEY THOUGH, crashes as you’ve built on your money useage, and you can’t reload to save the R/L loss, DO NOT USE YOUR MONEY HERE.
This has been a great game but there have been no updates for over a year. Such a shame as I’ve been playing for years and really miss it
Fun game
I really enjoyed this game - so much I had paid for in app purchases such as seasons and no ads. However since May 2023 the developer has started to show ads even when the in app purchase for no ads has been made. I have reached out to support and they have replied to try and justify by saying the ads shown are not theirs so are now fine to show even where players have purchased no ads. This is a bizarre reply and shows no care for their customers at all. Personally I have now stopped playing (and spending) until this dishonest approach is rectified. Terrible. Will seek refund now.
Nice relaxing calming game, so chilled
As I got to level one of the lockers to level 10 it wouldn’t register and got stuck, ow whenever I open the app it frozen/bricked. Shame as I even payed for add free for £12.99 so I’ll be requesting a refund on that. Tried uninstalling/ reinstalling etc but nothing.
I don’t mind ads but on this game they lock up and I have to re-start so don’t get the promised reward
