Dear Guilhem, I am writing to express my concern about the lack of updates regarding the compensation for my lost in-game content. My last communication from you was on January 21, 2025, stating that the system should be back up within a week. It is now February 8, 2025, and I have not received a compensation code or any of the items I purchased. I understand that recovering specific players like Santa might not be feasible, but I am disappointed that I have not received any compensation for the items I have proof of purchase for. I have also lost a significant amount of gold bars and other valuable items. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could get back to me with an update on the status of my compensation. TBH I don't know why you guys have energy in this game. Like I can only play 3 games and I have to wow add or wait an hour. And even if my team has enough power I don’t whine like the game isn’t bad but want to keep playing for more then 2 min
DUMB
It keeps on restarting after I play it and loads and loads ad loads! It is the dumbest game and never get or if you do get horrified by the disasters
