Every time I open the app to play, the patients are stuck in place and won’t move, so I can’t progress.

Hmm...
This game is okay, but maybe too easy to complete all of the levels in little time as another player has observed. Also, the game freezes up sometimes, which leads to no people entering or exiting the hospital. A better idle-hospital game is “My Hospital,” by Cherrypick Games.

Getting notifications but the game won’t load...
Fun game. But, upgrades get cost prohibitive quickly so it gets boring. Now I can’t even access the game so 🤷🏼♀️.
