Good game, but needs to be fixed

I bought shin for 50T but when the game restarted, I lost all my money and when I looked at shin’s profile, it indicates that I haven’t bought him. :/

too many ads and bugs

Couldve been a fun game if it weren’t for the too much ads and often, when i try to obtain my offline earnings or prizes, the app would crash.

The game forces you to view ads. Can't even proceed to some screens or upgrade without having to view ads and because of the bugs. Would've made a pretty decent and addicting game if it weren't for them.

I love it but i have some suggestions for the game so it would be better, when there is the hair dye and eye color can we make our own, but since i have'nt tried it yet, only my friends told me that the hair dye and eye color dont really, let u choose, second its very hard to earn hearts and i cant get Shin, so please make it a little easier to get coins, and last one can we make our own Characters, thats all i want but all of those, I STILL LOVE THE GAME!
