Problems loading the game remained after the update

Loading bar

Game is great, but after 1 day of playing I can’t start the game anymore. The loading bar stops at 3/4 way and u can wait forever, but the game won’t load anyway. Please, fix this issue

They will steal your money

So I bought a couple of in game items and with some purchases everything was OK but there were a couple that were a bit more let's say problematic. There was something that supposed to be permament but was temporary and there were some things that I did not receive (but they took my money). Usually I got a refund but with my recent purchase they do not want to give me a refund (I am askig for it for the third time). Generally this game is a bit buggy but bery fun. 1 star for stealing my money.

Any solutions why I can’t open the game after last event with cow? I was 8 place and now won’t let me open the game
