iDMSS Plus

This app is fine for the most part. However I can no longer go back and check on camera history. If I want to see something that happened earlier in the day it won’t let me go back and check. It is very frustrating as this feature worked fine a few weeks ago and now longer works. Otherwise this app is fine to use.

A horrible app. Fails frequently and cannot set alerts. Stay far away from any Dahua product. No support and shoddy cameras.

Runs terrible, hardly usable.

For about a month now we can’t access our cameras with data Please can you sort this out urgently

Alarm hub doesn’t send video push message to iPhone screen please advise

Constantly have to reboot and reload my CCTV system. Never had this issue with IDMSS lite.

The feedback feature is broken.... And playback works ok but if you scroll to a particular point in the video and you dont manage to put the cursor down EXACTLY on a piece of video it jumps way back to the start. Super annoying. It should always jump to the next available clip.

The new version does not work for me anymore. Cannot access IP cams. Fails to connect.

Basically the iOS is unusable with connection dropping after a few seconds. Have to resort to tempting into my pc to view cameras

Feb 2019. This problem still exists......This app was once perfect. A long while ago an update was pushed out that caused cameras to take literally over a minute to connect. It was never fixed. Fancy new designs mean nothing if the performance is pathetic. Really disappointed as this was once so incredible. Would give it 0 stars but I can’t
