It is so hard to register and instructions were not clear at all. You buy the card, they tell you to go to the website to register but once in the website there is no clear icon to register your sim. Also you have to download an app and then upload your ID and it doesn’t identify easily. It was not an easy process. So I would not recommend it to anyone.
Die Selfiefunktion funktioniert nicht mit einem iPhone 16 pro. Die App verlangt einen so geringen Abstand zum Gesicht dass das Bild immer unscharf ist.
Erkennt keine Ausweise sehr zurückgeblieben System noch
Anders als im Titel bereits geschrieben, lässt sich das Vorgehen nicht beschreiben. Ich habe meinen Vertrag dann am Ende bei einem anderen Unternehmen ohne IDnow abgeschlossen.
Alle Anforderungen habe ich erfüllt, und es hat auch wie geplant funktioniert. Am Ende musste ich jedoch alles von vorne beginnen.

Nach der Installation wird eine Id-Nummer verlangt, die man nicht hat, ist wohl ein Witz!
Sowohl über die App als auch über den Browser funktioniert kein Scan meines Persos. Gut beleuchtet und iPhone 15 Pro Max. Aber scheint dann wohl ein ungewöhnliches Gerät zu sein, sonst hätte das Team es ja getestet.
