古いバージョンをまずアンインストールする。
アップデートする場合は、まず古いバージョンをアンインストールします。次にApp Storeから新しいバージョンをダウンロードします。100円課金と書いてありますが、ユーザーは実際には課金されません。インストールが終わったら、以前購入したdoseを無料でi-cloudからインストールしていきます。この方法をとれば、途中で落ちることはないと思います。doseの種類はかなり増えているし、アップデートする意味はあると思います。ただし、指示はすべて英語でされるので、英語が苦手な人は得意な人に手伝ってもらって下さい。
Great app to help you meditate
I have been wanting to try meditate with iDoser and it is very convenient to have this app on my phone. It came with a lot of free dose that I can listen to, including my favorite, The Hand of God. Meditating with this app makes my mind calm and happy. I like it.

心理士の資格所持者です。 ある意味催眠療法に役立つかもしれません。 ただ、人によって効き目が違ったりすると思います。 怖いなって思った貴方、催眠音声でググって頂ければ分かると思います。 (注:卑猥な表現有り。) 私は催眠が効きにくいタイプでしたので、実感という実感は得られませんでした。

TERRIBLE Customer Service
Back in 2020 I created an iDoser account for their software. I purchased many of their doses with great satisfaction. I took a break for a few years and decided to use iDoser again. The employee NICK totally blocked me from their social media when I asked for assistance with my account. Very unethical, unprofessional, amateur, rude customer service. This app is just as unhelpful, cheap, and doesn’t work. I give iDoser and their terrible customer service ZERO stars. Contacting the BBB about them soon.
