My wife and I had to used this app for Identification process. I had no issue doing my ID with this app. When my wife tried it she could not log in it keep saying that authentication failure. I tried on my phone and same issue. We asked the guy who needs the ID to resend a new password. After several tries we eventually got in. Almost done in signing, and the app stopped responding. Logged out and log in again but when we log in, all the photos are gine and could not go back to take photos again. We asked to get it reset and send a new password. After hours of debacle, finally finished the process. The app is good if only without these issues.
System has so many bugs, and cannot even login properly. Waste too much time. If this is so in useful, please consider remove from the App Store.
Very basic app. Only allows the use of a camera to record documents. If I’m out and about this is useless. There should be an option for accessing documents that are stored in files.
It gets the job done but looking forward to 2.0 version. The workflow is a bit clumsy and the app glitches for remote VOI quite often.
App doesn’t guide you through what’s required and if you don’t have everything required from the start it won’t save progress - you’ll have to start from scratch again.
Quick and effective. Use Zoom screen share with clients who struggle with technology to guide them through the process, otherwise phone call is sufficient. It would be great if the clients instructions were on the verifiers app also, however on the IDYOU website there are simple step by step instructions which are very easy to follow to complete the process from start to finish. For my first time it took approx. 10 minutes to complete verification for two clients who were adept with technology.
I wonder if the app was written for IOS or the website was converted to IOS app! Privacy policy link opens a webpage which is a word document converted to PDF. The landing page doesn’t tell how to create a username and password. Have to go to the website to create one. Not intuitive at all.
Looked into MSA and they’re a highly suspect and relatively new company. Privacy statement basically says no privacy and they “may” do a lot of things with your data.
Video calls are bit and miss. Seems possible to open the application twice and then it gets very confused. Photos upside down. Needs work
