The app doesn’t work on IOS 17

The app has issues on iOS 17, received a request at first couldn’t see it, after restarting the iphone the request appeared only showing the picture with no content or buttons to accept it. Tried to use the contact us but shows a blank page. I search for people and find them but again there is no information showing and cannot open their pictures.
