Poor performance
When I enter my birthday to see result, my actual birthday is on 24, I need to select 25 as it counts one less day
Terrible experience
They held my results for more then 2 months, didn’t allowed me to do the retake ( I did the computer delivery, specially for this option). No answers on emails, no sufficient information provided and +
Unfair checking system
Never go with idp system in future
I feel like speaking Not trustable about guidelines.
I got 7 bands but in speaking i got 6 which is not something that i expect. At test center some got opportunity to give face to face speaking but unfortunately i had video calling soeaking still i gave my best but did not get the rgt marking because i really performed my best.

Add forward and back buttons to the app. Sometimes when we book the exam, fill all the information, when I try to open my PDF documents in it. There is no option to close that PDF. There is only one close button which closes the entire exam booking process. Sometimes it also stuck at date, when i try to select date to check my result.
Useless
The app is fairly useless and will always take you the web.
Very frustrating experience
I download this app and try to check the test I registered. I was able to login with my email and password and surprisingly there was no test info under my account. It seems to me that IDP only cares about us booking the test/collecting the money.
