I have the app, and I’m trying to transfer my videos and photos, but none of it is working. It’s telling me that most of my content is on iCloud, and maybe that is the issue, but it gives me the option to download it and plant it into the flash drive, but it won’t show. It’s been a long day, maybe it’s a me problem, but it shouldn’t be this hard to transfer photos and videos.

I was able to transfer several files, including photos, documents, videos. Since then, I have not been able to access any of those items that I transferred to the hard drive. In fact, the application does not even recognize the hard drive whatsoever.. Now I have zero access to any of my items that I transferred. The only way for me to get my computer or my phone to recognize the hard drive is to reformat the hard drive. And that will erase everything. I’m at a complete loss because this company does not have a contact or a Tech phone number to contact for help.

When attempting to copy files to thumb drive I get an error that says,”Error- External storage not find.” WTH?

I have a iPhone 13 Pro Max. I’ve tried three times to download videos and pictures. Some of them get transferred and some of them say they can’t transfer. or can’t be opened.

I do not recommend. It only worked one time and then I couldn’t do anything with it.

A normal USB should be drag and drop. The site I purchased the USB made no mention of NEEDING their app. The steps to take to transfer a file is excessive. Deleting the app, returning the USB drive.

This drive was working however now I can download my photos from my phone to the jump drive but when I put it into my iPad to see the photos they are blank

What is the point of this thing? It’s a pretty little dongle that looks cool but is absolutely useless. Won’t copy any files, tries its little heart out but after several minutes of copying one photo it shows zero bytes copied. Just a waste of time and money.
