I've used this app for a long time, and I like the notifications. However, every time there’s a seasonal time change, it doesn’t work properly. There’s no way to adjust it manually, and it doesn’t update automatically like the phone’s clock does

I can't express enough how disappointed I am with this app. It's not just buggy; it's a complete mess. I made the mistake of purchasing it, and it turned out to be a complete waste of money. Firstly, the "Enter Weight" button is utterly useless when it comes to converting weight into pounds. It's unbelievable that such a basic feature doesn't work properly. How can an app that claims to help with weight tracking not have a functioning weight conversion feature? It's frustrating and shows a lack of attention to detail. The calendar screen is another disappointment. It's nothing more than a blank page. I expected to have a visual representation of my progress and an easy way to navigate through dates. Instead, I'm left with a useless and non-functional calendar. It's a significant oversight that hampers the app's usability and undermines its purpose. There is also no Apple Watch companion app. I wish I could get a refund.

I don’t know got to feel about paying it and fix everything in that app

The app is great to keep you organized with your weight and measurements and it gives you notifications when it’s time to start your fast or end your fast. The coaching section is very helpful for newbies to intermittent fasting, and I’ve learned a lot! However the nutrition section needs ALOT of work. Sometimes the images are very different from the recipes and a lot of the recipes are keto based or full of terrible ingredients. It’s hard to filter the recipes and the selection could be better. I would like to see the nutrition section receive a make over similar to how Centr does their nutrition and recipes especially since this app costs money to use.

I was searching for a fasting app and what made me choose this one are the characters. I like that people of color are also represented 😊And I like that a timer alerts me when my fast is about to begin, I don’t need to remember to start the timer to begin my fast, or end my fast. I also like that you can see what stage of fasting you are in, that really motivates me to keep going!

First day with intermittent Having daily reminders about drinking water and sticking with our daily water intake is so very important because it helps our bodies and our overall health in so many ways Because we all have busy lives the daily reminders is such a blessing so we can take care of not only our loved ones but also our selves

This app has really helped me in keeping up with my intermittent fasting schedule. It’s also like the tips and encouragement it gives you! You should try this out!
