Avoid this stupid bank
This useless bank can’t never see anything good with their customers no matter how loyal you are with them. I have been with this bank for a year and I have been saving money with them. I had 6k already fixed deposit with and and also use it as my day to day account. To my surprise, I transferred £5000 from my other account and it was locked off. I complained and I was told that my account is under review. Fair enough, I gave them time to review knowing my money is legit. To my surprise, I received email that my account will be closed and I should withdraw all my funds. They had to terminate my fixed deposit and I never got any interest on it rather they charged me £6 for early termination. Meanwhile I only had two months for my fixed deposit to mature. No one just try to use bank and I will blacklist it to all platform. Very unreliable.
