Just too expensive
At £27/month it’s just too expensive. Maybe £2-3 and I’d keep this going. The software is great and I like the app, but for an individual, it’s just not an option.

I really regret this. I was within the free trial but it made me double click the on button before it would send a fax, so I paid £25 for the free trial. Then it doesn’t work. It simply will not send faxes. It also sends me in a loop over and over to get into the app. It is infuriating and crap.
They take subscriptions automatically after being cancelled and had to chase through bank to cancel. No refund was issued. Avoid by all means.
Try training a pigeon to send your communications will be simpler
“Send as many faxes as you like free for seven days” was the claim. Was it true? No! I tried to send a long fax. It failed - I tried to send it again and it told me I was in breach of its “fair use policy” and wanted at least 24p/page. Tried to contact help. Needless to say, no response. So, no thanks - goodbye!
I got the below error message: We've temporarily suspended your account due to potential spam violations. Please contact iFax support for further details. The customer service hasn't responded even after being contacted multiple times. 👎
Signed up for a free trial, was expecting it to be fairly unintuitive, but not this tricky...
Fake , paid and didn’t work
Thanks to a delightful gentleman from the customer support team called Bruce W, my vanishing credits after an attempt to resend a failed fax and seemingly losing my remaining credits after a PAYG purchase were solved with great politeness and courtesy. It really was my fault for not checking that I was logged in correctly after swapping over to a different IPhone. Moral of the story is make sure you have created an account and are logged in to make sure you hang on to your purchased credits. Well done Bruce
Recently I start looking after my spendings(never to late) and I’ve noticed payment for iFax 13.20. Automatically I’ve checked my subscription list and Ifax wasn’t there, no direct debit nothing not even one email from Ifax regarding app. God know how long I was paying for app what I didn’t use at all except that one time when I needed. Apparently they cancel my account after getting in touch with ifax CS unfortunately I’m still waiting for the email with confirmation. I would never recommend this app to anybody. In my opinion it’s a big rip-off. I will definitely get in touch with apple to rise the call regarding this app.
