iFetal Pro is a scientific calculator suitable for patients. This could be a valuable present to 1st time pregnant couples for a better pregnancy care. iFetal provides more than 55 different calculations including normal fetal measurements, standard dates for screening tests, dates of pregnancy weeks, pregnancy tips plus weekly changes of fetus with pictures and animated videos and audible heartbeats. You can save your result of calculation on one device and track it on your other devices such as iPhone, iPad or Mac. All of your devices must be logged in with the same Apple ID.
Here are some of the information iFetal can calculate for you:
the day the egg was conceived (conception date)
the due date,
the time frame for each week of pregnancy from first week to week 44 with easy event creation in your calendar
the time frame for 1st antenatal appointment and 9 recommended appointments from week 6 to delivery
the earliest date that a home pregnancy test can becomes positive
the earliest date that the fetal heart will start beating
the earliest date to book for a dating ultrasound scan
the standard dates for booking a routine fetal developmental ultrasound scan
the recommended dates for booking 1st and 2nd trimester screening blood tests including combined test (nuchal translucency scan, PAPP-A and beta hCG), multiplexed maternal plasma DNA sequencing test, triple, quad or penta screening tests
time frame for amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling (if required)
iFetal allows you to adjust the number of days in each period (not everyone has 28 day cycles) thus the most accurate calculation of due date and conception date
fetal age can be calculated by: 1) the first day of the last menstrual period (LMP), 2) by conception date (CD) or IVF date, and 3) by due date (EDD)
reverse calculation of the LMP, CD by EDD or any other methods
correlated gestational sac diameter with the gestational age in the first trimester
calculation of the 1st day of the 2nd and 3rd trimesters
countdown to the due date
correlation of the EGA with the normal ranges of the human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) levels in the first trimester
correlation of the EGA with the expected size of the yolk sac diameter (YSD) in the first trimester
correlation of the EGA with the expected size of the gestation sac diameter (GSD) in the first trimester
correlation of the EGA with the normal ranges of the estimated fetal weight (EFW)
correlation of the EGA with the normal ranges of the amniotic fluid index (AFI)
correlation of the EGA with the normal range of fetal length (crown to rump) before 20 weeks
correlation of the EGA with the normal range of fetal length (crown to heel) after 20 weeks
correlation of the EGA with the normal range of fetal heart rate (FHR) for each week of pregnancy
correlation of the EGA with the expected size of fetal head, abdomen, femur length, long bones in the lower leg, humerus length, long bones in the forearm and foot length
weekly developmental changes
share via email, iMessage, or other social media
pictorial demonstration of fetal development from week 2 to delivery with animated videos
weekly audio of fetal heart beats
links to save the dates and appointments directly from the result page to your calendar or by creating new events

There are free apps with this info plus more of it and in a better user-friendly format. Has all of the digital finesse of an excel spreadsheet. Wasted money & time.
