Te veel problemen met vastlopen en andere storingen

Ik moet Elke 10 minuten inloggen.

The app logs out every time you close it. If you need to get your ticket quickly, it is a problem. Also, filling in the search bar takes ages (circa 1 second per letter). Filling the title of a movie then takes 10-40 seconds.

I use the app mostly for the agenda function to have a nice overview of the programs/viewings I am attending. Looking up some things is sometimes difficult so for that I still use the desktop website.

De app is dit jaar niet te gebruiken. Wat is hier misgegaan, er was een goed werkende app, die vervangen door dit is erg klantontvriendelijk.

Loopt vast (ook de nieuwe versie), traag , steeds opnieuw inloggen.

Favorieten worden niet geladen. Persoonlijke gegevens duurt eeuwigheid. App kan eigenlijk niet goed gebruikt worden.

Bought 3 tickets for iffr 2022 and at the first try it Doesn’t even play the purchased movies while all trailers play well, anno 2022 this is unbelievable, especially with all the subsidies this cultural event gets

No decent response

The movies on it are amazing and the navigation is not that horrible but it could be better. My favorites are not updating though and most of all the movie disappears completely when I click full screen and all that’s left is a small ‘x’ in the right side.
