Should synch with my Apple IOS device without needing to pay for the information. Right now I need to use my Apple fitness app to even capture what is done.

This program and it helps motivate you to get to work, can start from beginner and they will work you even if you don’t have weights.
IFIT
❤️ IFIT ❤️ Personally I have Beachbody as well and I never use it!!! I go back to IFIT every time I think about my in home workouts . I have ran Boston Marathon couple years back and love to run the series just to take it all in again. Going to run Chicago in a couple of weeks and can’t wait to have that wow feeling again. Bryce Canyon 60k is up in May so it’s going to be an awesome training tool through the winter. Thank you from South Dakota!

Love iFit
I have been using iFit for 2 years and love it. I am a runner and have always hated the treadmill until iFit. Now I don’t dread my treadmill runs and look forward to exploring all over the world with the various trainers. I feel like I’m on a run with my friends. I don’t live by a lot of hills so the treadmill helps me get my hill training in. I have enjoyed the strength workouts as well. They help make me a stronger runner and overall has improved my fitness.

I love iFIT exercise programs with the professionals. It is so easy to do a quick yoga practice in a beautiful place on my phone or iPad.
Keeps me motivated
With so many awesome workouts and destinations to visit, the iFit walking trainers keep me coming back day after day.
Review
Although I don’t travel a lot it is very convenient that I can take iFit anywhere I go. I don’t have to miss a day. Each trainer brings new methods of training so I am not doing the same routine over and over. I have learned so much on form, cadence and pacing. IFit keeps me wanting to come back and do another workout. Thank you for giving me quality advice, encouragement and training!!
Too expensive
Too expensive for too little. Considering switching to peloton
