I agree with others, once upon a time the app was stable and did what you needed it to do. Now the more features added the worst the app gets. Nothing but bugs and crashing. STOP adding features and make the app stable to use.
In the middle of performing work orders or trying to close a call out app crashes out of nowhere.

Once you spend a day or 2 playing with the app you realize it is way easier to use than filling out work tickets for every job you do. It can get annoying in areas with bad reception as the app tends to sync pretty frequently. The app would be much better if you could incorporate the use of google maps instead of the IOS maps app.
Once upon a time this app worked well....now you constantly loose your input. It auto syncs every time you move in and out of the app making in near impossible to transfer information into an estimate or repair from other sources.
Please get rid of the ugly guy weirdly grinning at his ipad, i dont like seeing this screen when opening the app at 4 in the morning. Just put something simple there instead. Easier on the eyes
We have 5 computers on smart service, and 10 iFleet users Works Best with IPads... don’t use Android it doesn’t work as good. There errors all the time in iFleet. Tech put notes in and finalize jobs and sync it , and 10% of time it’s lost and they got to redo it, sometime more then twice. Smt Srv blames cell service data connection, but it does it when we are in office on WiFi too. There techs speak English and good at getting back to you.
After recent update, every time you enter a job and exit back out, it displays the bottom of the list of jobs you’re looking at.
In the customer pre notifications, give an option of which number or email to send the notification that I am traveling to Job.
