iFocus是一款帮你管理并完成你的专注任务的工具。
无论是学习、读书、工作、健身、冥想还是各种你想达成的任务，你都可以建立自己的项目，然后运用番茄工作法，排除干扰，在规定的时间专注于眼前的一件事。
在番茄工作状态中，你有理由和底气拒绝任何外部干扰，你要做的只是完成当前的项目。
当然，你也可以暂停计时去处理真正紧急的事件；如果你需要使用其他应用，比如手机上的查单词软件，当你离开时iFocus会为你自动暂停，等你回来时继续。
你还可以建立分类，为每个项目分门别类，方便管理。
iFocus为你跟踪每个项目的专注情况，以直观的方式分析并展示出你专注时间的分布和统计。
使用步骤：
1. 建立你要专注的项目
2. 设定每次专注持续的番茄时间，建议25分钟，以及专注完成后的休息时间，通常5分钟
3. 开始专注吧！
