Getting worse
I love this app, but they keep adding more and more ads. First they appeared in a banner on the bottom of the screen, then they appeared in between looking at memes. For a while they experimented with ads appearing right as you open the app, now there’s ads in the comments. When I swipe past memes, I came barely see 10 before I see an ad, sometimes I see twice in a row. The app also crashes from time to time, I’ve noticed it slows down and inevitably crashes if I swipe through too many memes, I assume this is a a memory issue. I’m still holding on, but I know many that would never put up with this. I hope things get better, or at the very least don’t get any worse.

Horrible customer service with no respect for privacy
I used this app for years, and at some point I put in my phone number so I could send private messages. I never signed up for what they call "weekly digest" which is a text message letting you know about the weekly digest, and yet, since I decided to delete my account, I've been getting these texts. For two months I've been trying to contact customer service, which has resulted in either the same useless answer or no reply at all. It is obvious by the reply that they don't read the mails at all. Blocking the number for some reason doesn't work either. Never give this company any of your personal information.
