FaceID login does not work, and the password field is not configured properly to allow Apple passwords to recognize it. It’s been this way for at least many months now.

This app is intended for use by clients of IG Wealth Management (Canada).
Easy and secure access to your IG Wealth Management accounts from your mobile device or tablet — anywhere and at any time.
• Access to your IG Living Plan™ and assessment, as well as financial recommendations from your consultant
• Secure and convenient access to your IG accounts
• An immediate, up-to-date snapshot of your portfolio, including the most recent transactions
• A detailed breakdown of your asset mix (including fixed income, equities, cash equivalents, etc.)
• Account statements, transactions and tax documents going back seven years
• Up-to date details of each account, including its current market value, rate of return, holdings contained within it and recent activity
• Paperless statements and notifications when new statements are ready
• Important updates about your accounts and statements
The IG Wealth app is free to download. If you haven’t registered for Online Access yet, you can register through the app in three easy steps.
You will need the client, loan or policy number that appears on your statements.

How do the app developers keep their job?
The issues just keep happening, the app developers and their managers need to be fired. The app is glitchy, updates are done during the day, why? All updates to corporate websites should be done in the early morning hours (between 1am and 4am), when most people sleep. Investors Group, we expect better, reading back, issue after issue has been happening for years and I for one am tired of them. What will it take for you to get this fixed once and for all, do we need to take our money elsewhere?

Pas de face id ou touch id. Envoi un SMS sur le cell où l'app est installée. C'est zéro secure... Aucun graphique disponible... Aucun historique des taux... Très déçu!!!

App super glitchy and doesn't load properly

Bonjour, Votre application manque d’entretien, de testing, de fonctionnalités et est rempli de bug! Les clients ca ne leur tentent pu d’aller sur l’ordinateur on veut tout faire a partir du mobile. Il serait temps que vous investissiez votre capital dans votre application. Milleniaux, Gen Z ont a pu de patience pour ce genre de manque de respect envers votre clientèle.
Won’t show or download documents
Not very useful when the app won’t provide the documents required. Get a brief flash before returning to main documents page. The fact another user reported this 30 Jan with no resolution is extremely disappointing. Having this issue for tax season is unacceptable

Authentication
Asks me for double authentication multiple time per day even though I checked the “trust for 30 days” checkbox.
Known issue
After viewing two accounts the app locks and not able to refresh. This issue has been happening for quite some time. Please help.
