I can’t able to make the payments through this app. Billdesk and PayTm both options is not working long waiting spinner is comming

This is the worst application I have ever seen. Getting error in every point of I login and generating bill. No support from the customer care for generating monthly bill.
recent update bot working
The recent update of igl app isn’t working, app showing “internet connectivity issue” though net is working fine. pls fix ASAP

Not working since many days
What pathetic app, not working since 2-3 months .. not able to generate self bill and login with otp or password. Not sure if anyone looks at its maintenance.
Useless app
Does not works at all. Why do you people think of even getting into which you cannot maintain. This app sucks…
Login/Sign up issue
There is a login and sign up issue in this app. I am using the correct credentials but the app is showing invalid password. The same credentials are working on IGL browser based website. Pathetic app and service from IGL
Features do not work
self billing does not work. Payment history and other details not available. even after payment it keeps on showing the bill due amount. the help sections shows that a ticket was opened but nothing happens. download invoice also does not work
