Difficult to start a workout
Instructions are minimal. I finally figured out how to create a set of workouts to do on different days, but to actually start a workout is a mystery. I have managed to succeed a handful of times by randomly clicking on things, but it usually takes 10-15 minutes of valuable workout time to get it going. There is an instructional video to show you how to enter data for the workout once you have it going, but not how to start it. There is NO information available on the web. When I click on the “App Support” link in the App Store, it just brings up the terms and conditions. There is a lot of great information available in the app, but nothing about how to initiate a workout. Guess I will try another app.
