iGO Connect is a free app available in English or French language, that will enhance the rider experience of all iGO electric bikes equipped with iGO Drive Bluetooth functionality.
ENHANCED DISPLAY VIEW
The dashboard on the GO Connect app displays, Speed, Battery Voltage, Amp Draw, Assist Level, Motor Power Output, and the Error Detection Dashboard, which along with the equipped handlebar color display offers an unprecedented informative experience.
CUSTOMIZE YOUR RIDE
Choose one of the 3 pre-set riding profiles or create your own customized profile. Ride according to your style with the ability to change the acceleration or speed of the power assisted pedaling system of your iGO connected bike.
SPEED & OFF-ROAD MODE
Magnify the iGO experience by engaging off road mode. iGO Connect has the ability to increase the speed of the iGO connected bike according to local regulations where permitted.
iGO ASSIST
A direct link to our knowledge base which will provide quick reference to assembly videos, user manuals information, and quick FAQ`s while on the go.
ADVANCED DIAGNOSTIC
(iGO Authorised Dealers only) This tool will display all electronic system parameters without the need for special tools or instruments.

App freezes
Just purchased an iGO Aspire Vendome and loaded the iGO Connect app onto my iPhone 15 running ios18. The app freezes as soon as it opens. I can’t do anything with the app.
Cannot connect new Aspire Camillien
Cannot connect my new ebike. The search signal is too short to pair up the bike.
App freezes
I tried to connect my igo royal using a Samsung A20 Bluetooth but load up to about 40 % then freezes . The old version was finding the royal but the new version is showing ebike.?
Finally, it works!
They finally got the main software issue fixed. There is still room for improvement but it’s decent now.
1.1.2 update
@Buggy - I will wait for your next review before I update! For now mine is still fine but last time I updated it went a bit funky so I uninstalled the app and reinstalled, it seemed to work after that. I have had my Bonaventure since June2020 and I have ridden over 1000km, I love it!
