iGurbani - A powerful Gurbani Search Engine that allows you to search the Sikh scriptures.
With the Grace of God the Akal Design team developed iGurbani with a new database from the ground up. The focus of this app is to allow the user to accurately read the shabads from the Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji following a revolutionary style of showing the vishraams. Instead of commas and other punctuation the vishraams are highlighed in a specific color.
PLEASE NOTE: Since the Gurmukhi is from a new source and the database has been rebuilt from the ground up there are some errors that we could not catch during development. We are going to rely on the Sangat to help us identify and correct those errors.

Bhaji, superb resource. Thank you for maha seva. 25th pauRi of 33 Swaiye is shown with number 24 - please correct.
Very hard to use to find particular shabads
Can’t work out which settings to use to find shabads. I have tried ones I definitely know and as printed in Amrit kirtan, with no results from IGurbani. Confusing!

No more English transliteration
This used to be my go to app for Gurbani and Nitnem, but the recent update has resulted in all English transliteration to be lost. This is now all in Gurmukhi. A massive disappointment.
Excellent Gurbani Search Application
Very good application for searching gurbani across various granths. Many thanks to the app creators for this excellent effort.
Terrible English translation but good for searching shabads
No doubt the app is great for searching a shabad. However, most people are using to find translations. The Gurmukhi translation of great. The English one is terrible. The meanings of the shabad are too literal and in many shabads distort the meaning drastically. This needs to be sorted out as a matter of priority. Not good enough to say it’s been translated by someone else as it’s your app that is using this translation. Come on guys it’s about time you rectified this important issue. 🙏
Mistake in Rehraas Sahib
There is pangti missing in Rehraas sahib at the starting of chaupayi Sahib. Please fix this mistake.
Bugs post new version update
After updating to new version, it keep giving issues. Favorites all disappeared No search history Each day it deletes all history and favorites list Font size keep resetting after adjusting. Earlier there was no issue but now it’s really bad experience and struggling with the application.
