I’ve used this app for years. Always did what I wanted. Tried to sign my wife up. I gave up. The sign up procedure is so onerous that it’s putting up my blood pressure trying to get her on the system. Not worth persisting with any more. I’ll find another app. Useless because of how complicated it is.

The app does not connect to recently purchased scales, using my iPhone 15 or iPad Pro . This despite following all instructions.

I have their device that measures the blood pressure. It fails to connect to my iPhone repeatedly and that is very annoying. If my AirPods connected like this, I would have binned them a long time ago.

I have an old BP iHealth monitor that connects with an old Apple 30 pin adapter. This works fine on the Legacy app but will not connect with this new app. Poor.

Struggling to connect via Bluetooth to my BP7 model since the upgrade. The phone has paired with the iHeath unit, but the App then won’t connect to the unit ???!

It took two attempts to connect from my phone to the unit but after that no issues at all. I use Garmin devices and the excellent connect app to measure general health and fitness. It would be amazing if you could integrate with that to save me manually inputting the readings because I don’t like the Apple Health app.

The legacy system UI is better and more intuitive to use. It’s not great but better than this. Don’t fix things if they are not broken or hire proper app developer with good iPhone UI development experience.

I’ve been using this app for several years and have 4 iHealth devices. So far I have been very pleased, but the new app has deleted the option to record weight in the UK standard of Stones & Pounds. I can’t relate to either Pounds or Kilograms. PLEASE bring back that option, or I shall delete the App.
