「健康寶」由「賽馬會流金頌護老有e道」計劃團隊研發，於2021年8月正式推出，並在2024年11月升級為全新版本，結合健康管理、自我照顧教育及社區資源庫等多項功能，讓長者、照顧者、醫護及社福介專業人員可以隨時隨地透過手機或平板電腦等流動裝置，為長者進行12項免費的自我健康測試、提供綜合健康報告及對應的教育資訊，和尋找相關的社區資源。

健康測試無需註冊。測試結果只供參考，如有任何疑問，請諮詢家庭醫生或其他專業人士。
