Excelente . No puede ser mejor . La aplicación funciona fenomenal . Es rápida , intuitiva y sencilla a la vez que completa. El enlace con los radiadores Facula , con la central y el medidor de potencia funciona a la perfección y nunca pierde señal de ningún tipo. Lo mejor , el servicio técnico . Me atendieron en el instante y me facilitaron toda ayuda posible para resolver un problema de concepto debido a un pequeño bug sin importancia del sistema . Ojalá todas las app y los servicios técnicos funcionasen la mitad de bien que iheatcontrol. Enhorabuena por el buen trabajo realizado . Muchas gracias . Miguel

I have used this App for over a year to monitor and control 7 - 8 Best Electric radiators in my house and it works extremely well in all areas. I use it every day, sometimes numerous times - particularly when traveling overseas when I need to control the heating in my absence. I am able to see the actual temperature in every room and control the temperatures according to the ambient weather conditions. On the few occasions I have needed to contact the technicians at iHeat their responses have been quick and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Before choosing Best Electric and iHeat I tried other so called remote management systems and can attest that none worked as well I am extremely happy with this setup and can highly recommend it

This app is in dire need of an upgrade, I’ve chatted with lots of people who have the same issues with the system constantly logging out, requiring you to login but not remembering your details. Also doesn’t work with keychain so you have to create a different password every time. When it is logged on it’s very slow to change temperature and difficult to manage the schedule. Most frustrating is being logged out just when you need to use it, seems to happen to me every time I’m returning home and need the heating on to warm the house! Please have a go at updating this app, it’s awful!

This needs a dongle to set up then connect via that to the heater, takes a long time to set up. It’s so bad l cannot recommend the heater.

Worst pile rubbish, spent hours trying to connect to the router, wish I never purchased the radiator.

Unreliable

This app /heater combo could be really really great - showing KWH consumed, adaptive start times etc are all REALLY GOOD!! but there are some fundamentally broken bits 1) it throws me out and I have to go round the houses/reset password/enter email & new password manually because keychain won’t pick it up 2) password is obscure & set by app & apparently unchangeable 3) horrible fiddly interface on the heater when app is playing up & need to set manually
