After the update in Oct the app doesn’t give an option for check deposits. I talked with staff and they suggested I delete and re-upload the app but that did not resolve this issue.

It seems like once a month yall do a completely unnecessary app UI update that makes the whole thing run worse. Waiting longer to log in to simply view my balance is frustrating. Just leave it alone for gods sake. As of 9/15 they’ve updated the app AGAIN. And it’s broken everything, can’t even check balances. Please for the love of god, STOP.

Since updating to iOS 18 quick balance widget is no longer available.

Even if I’m a penny over a single purchase and I scrabble to put money into my account, I get slammed with a $20 overdraft fee. I’m tired of having to wait until I get paid to pay for the overdraft fees and my bills at the same time. At least I don’t have to pay a monthly operating fee or I’d just find another credit union all together!

Great app with user friendly interface! Makes getting the job done a breeze.

Worst experience ever I can’t even make a payment on my car loan put on hold. Can’t even use my debit card to make a payment. I don’t ever want this institution to do another car loan for my next car. It’s so bad. I can’t even use pay my loan next time for a car loan. I’m going to Midland State Bank.
