不可以删除宝宝档案，我朋友之前感兴趣学得很快，隔了几个月全忘了，我想回头让他再学一遍，发现不可以删除宝宝档案，打电话给客服也解决不了客服喊我重新再买一个号。这是妥妥的只想赚钱，剥夺用户权利。学到哪，从哪重置，这个权利请归还客户。
