iLancaster (Lancaster Uni)

Logs me out about 3 times a day and makes logging back in slow and painful, I constantly waste the first 10 minutes of my lecture just to log into this useless app to check in. It also constantly lags and most features rarely ever work

Why can’t I download the app on my app. It says it’s compatible but it doesn’t work…

Always signing me out randomly Randomly refreshes when using timetable Sign in sometimes doesn’t work Keep the app simple. Stop creating new issues.

The app looks great and is super easy to use

A really useful app for students with a lot of support and a committed development team that are dedicated to adding new innovations and improvements. Intuitive to use and a must-have for any Lancaster University student. Couldn’t recommend more! 🌹🐞

Bad UX, check in works, but forcing people to download the app is not cool

Has more bugs than my back garden at home

It doesn’t recognise my email address for the information about bins collection. And yes, I do live in Lancaster. The health innovation one bus stop can’t be found in the app. Since Saturday it’s been impossible to get any information about buses times. I guess I’m not a very happy app user…

This app allows me not to just see the timetable but as well book spaces in the library which is something that I really need and is way easier. Also the map has a great description of the places in the university. Very happy with this
