Same issue as Erick, doesn’t let me connect.

I have the same problem as Eric, it says that i need to enable the WiFi connection. Can someone please help.

It say: Your device(Erick’s iPhone) doesn't enable Wi-Fi connection Please enable Wi-Fi connection then search again

The app is no help very complicated just ridiculous

It was fairly easy to setup and it works! Love it 😁

i didnt run into the problems other people did ig they updated it or fixed it idk

The set up does not include my device model. I tried to follow the instructions but halted me when it stated to press the WiFi button to proceed to the setup. My device jusf kept on blinking and nothing happened. This app is not user friendly and lacks the other instructions to complete the setup.

Can never set up to WiFi or the Bluetooth. We tried 4 phones and couldn’t get any to work. Thanks for wasting my money!

Absolute junk, you can’t even connect to Wi-Fi with it. Which cuts the usability of the speaker right in half. Can’t even set the clock because it goes off of Wi-Fi which this app fails to connect. The app makers should hang their heads in shame on this one. Going to return this whole speaker and go with a competent brand. If I could I’d give it negative stars!
