I can’t reopen my app—the red button isn’t responding. It’s up to date, so when I go to the App Store I can’t fix it. I tried removing it from my screen, thinking I could reload from the AppStore, but nope. Just goes back to the jammed screen.
Perfect app, allows me to complete all of my banking transactions and maintenance without moving a muscle! Thanks ICU!
Good app generally, however I get ‘unable to connect to mobile banking’ waaaay to often.

I'm disappointed the app is in phone format only and not fully comparable with iPad (only viewable in portrait form). Also, why the need for existing Internet customers to set up access again. Why can't we just log on using existing passwords etc. I'll be sticking with the old website.
