- Secure access with a PIN, pattern, Touch ID or Face ID
- Stay on top of your transactions, make payments and transfers instantly with PayID
- Set up a savings goal and keep track of your progress
- View product information and send an enquiry on the go
- Set up a quick balance to view it directly from the home screen
- Change your card pin, lock and unlock you card, or order a Illawarra Credit Union card directly from your app
A few things to remember:
- Don’t keep your member number, access code stored on your mobile device
- Get in touch with Illawarra Credit Union immediately if you’ve lost your mobile device or feel that someone may know your login details
- Mobile data usage charges may apply, check with your mobile service provider for details
We collect anonymous information on how you utilise the application to perform statistical analysis of aggregate user behaviour. We do not collect personal information about you. By installing this app you are giving your consent.

Jammed on session timeout
I can’t reopen my app—the red button isn’t responding. It’s up to date, so when I go to the App Store I can’t fix it. I tried removing it from my screen, thinking I could reload from the AppStore, but nope. Just goes back to the jammed screen.
Great App to use! Functionality 10/10

I'm disappointed the app is in phone format only and not fully comparable with iPad (only viewable in portrait form). Also, why the need for existing Internet customers to set up access again. Why can't we just log on using existing passwords etc. I'll be sticking with the old website.
